You can probably guess why .  On health care, Majority Leader Reid said the timeline for health care reform may go beyond this year.  I could link to the story but I’m too lazy to right now.  Here’s a lolcat to raise everyone’s (and my) spirits:

There’s time enough to regroup, but Obama and the Democrats have to start delivering on health care and other campaign promises.  I know exit polls from Va. and NJ had a solid majority saying they voted for local reasons, but next year will be a referendum on Obama and the Democrats so they best start deliver the change that was promised.  The  economy should be better next year and that’ll help but enacting the Democratic agenda will motivate the base to go out there and vote.  An enthusiasm gap was clearly a problem in the 09 Gov. races.  Also, like Hillary said when she was stumping for Obama, it’s all about jobs, baby, jobs.

NY-23 saved the night though.  What an epic fail for the teabaggers, Sarah Palin, and Glenn Beck.  Absolutely hilarious.
